Which Suspension Upgrade to Get??

I'm going to be upgrading my suspension here soon, and i'm a pretty big fan of roush , so was looking to buy there suspension kit. Was just curious if anybody knew of a better kit or what everyone thought of different companys and roushs kit.

What do you use your car for DD with occasional track use? Let us know your goals and we can figure out what your needs are...

Best Regards,

TJ

Crimpy, I'm running the Roush Stage 2 kit on mine and I am very happy with it. My Mustang is a DD, but in the summer only. I haven't tried some of the other kits...mainly picked Roush because of their reputation and I liked the fact that they did there road testing here in Michigan, so they knew the types of roads I would be driving on. My main goal was to lower my car by about 1" for visual reasons and slightly improve the handling. The 1" drop was perfect and I have to say the handling improvement was significant and much better than I anticipated.

With that said, as TJ mentioned, it depends what your goals are, as if I tracked my car a lot (or even lived somewhere without a ton of potholes), I would have gone with Roush's coil over kit instead. Plus, there are other brands that have some good offerings too, I just haven't used them to be able to comment.

Its currently a DD but it will one day be a weekend warrior as i will be droping a FR Whipple SC on it and be tuned, it only has 14,000 miles on it and its an 08 , I'm not looking to Drag it to much as that puts to much strain on a car, but i'm sure it will see its fair share of track.
