i have a roush stb with a rk sport ram air hood and it rubs like crazy,
cant put on a plenum cover because the hood also rubs on the throttle body!!
WINTER PROJECT IS MAJOR FIBERGLASS MOD TO HOOD TO STOP RUBBING AND ADD PLENUIM COVER

i need to find which STB sits closest to the intaking manifold. im not doing a plenum cover since i dont care what my engine looks like. my problem is that i have the cervinis b9 hood, and i had to remove my steeda double steel STB before the hood would close. from what i am reading here, the roush seems to sit the lowest?

Type Bar: Ford Racing Performance Parts
Type hood:Stock
Fits over Plenum cover?
- Ford - Y
- Clears hood mat? N - very slight indentation in hood mat
Req hood structure mod? N
Any other mod to fit right? Removed 8mm plenum bolts and installed them on top of OEM cover to lower in order to clear strut brace.

Is that the dual bar Steeda STB?
WHat do you mean by "w/ rod ends"?
Just wondering if, with modifications, the Steeda dual bar will fit.

It has adjustable rod ends on each end. (they say for fine tuning) I just thought it looked good! It's there billet model. Look under chassis stiffening on their site. (won't let me link to their site for some reason). It's a single bar brace!
