Not unexprected at all. There are variances to consider; tire size, wear, pressure, swaybar (and link) attachements, etc.

Just about all Mustangs are a tad higher in the passenger side from the factory, for reasons unknown (at least to me).

My measurements were approximate. I can remeasure later more accurately to within a 1/16". As it sits now, my passenger side is a bit higher than my drivers side.

Well my entire car has risen up about 1/4 inch, evenly, all around. Maybe it has something to do w/ how much gas in the tank (1/2), or the temperature (90+*)or something.
Latest measurements:
Stock front: 28"
Ultralite rears: 28 1/4"

All 4 fenders were with in 1/16" of each other, nice and balanced.

V6 springs! That may be interesting??????

Lowe!... Mine is around the same as yours with the Ultra Lite springs (but did you see it before I lowered it in post #12?). It used to look like a Tonka Car.

The weight of 1 gallon of gasoline equals 5.8 to 6.5 lbs (depending on grade), so it can make a difference from when the car is near empty and totally full. It won't lower the rear (like on pre-05 Mustangs) since the tank isn't behind the rear axle. Now the tanks should lower the car evenly since they are mounted in the center and on each side of the car.

Okay, here's the latest accurate measurements...

FRONT
DRIVERS SIDE: 27 7/8
PASSENGERS SIDE: 28

REAR
DRIVERS SIDE: 28 7/16
PASSENGERS SIDE: 28 9/16

Summary: Passenger side is 1/8" higher than the drivers side; both front and rear.

Note: Coming up on 3 months after install. Any spring settling should be done.

Measured again last night.
Front (stock springs) 27 7/8"
Rear (Ultralites) 28 1/8"

Whatever?! At least the rear is consistantly about 1/4" higher than the front. It looks good, so I'll leave it alone. Just seems odd that my front, with stock springs, is in the same range as y'alls w/ Ultralites "lowering" springs.

Thanks guys for your input.

Maybe you got convertible springs from the factory by mistake... they do have a lower spring rate.

Front Coupe: 136.5 lb/in; Front Convertible: 114.2 lb/in
