Gary ! it's also very important to me, that the company in which I've supported, and have been a loyal customer during the past 2 years ! provide straight forward answers to my questions, when requested..

No certainly not. But it is entirely your fault that you passed faulty information that you received.
Like I said...now you know. No big deal.

Just buy a set of Borlas from a vendor and get a lifetime warranty and drop the $500.

But you have to pay shipping to send them back. SLP has a "lifetime warranty too" but I wouldn't want to deal with broken welds and shoddy tip quality even once.

Totally understood . I apologize if my post came across abrupt. I was just trying to convey no matter who made the Steeda's they sounded exactly like the Stingers since sound is the main thing everyone looks at with mufflers. Perhaps I should have worded my post differently.

It's all good.

I wasnt referring to you, you assumed I was referring to you. I was referring to it being weird that so much misinformation is going around about our axle back.

I am sorry if you misinterpreted that. In the future I'll avoid using smileys and stick to plain text.

I've had the MagnaFlow catback system on for about 17 months and they are a little quieter than the stock exhaust at idle but pick it up when you get into it. Not as loud as some of the other sytems but they work for me.

Nothing personal against smileys ! there just so difficult to interpret sometimes

So let me get this straight ! I'm now entirely at fault for passing faulty info. in which you yourself, fully acknowledged wasn't my fault, because of the fact, that very same info was passed along to myself to begin with ! But now you claim that I'm fully to blame for passing it right ? Well first of all, I assumed that the info, in which the tech support rep. in question provided me with, was accurate. Otherwise, I wouldn't had posted it in the first place ! And second, thanks to the tech support rep. from Borla, who completely denied Steeda's claim of manufacturing their axle back, which btw: Metroplex will also confirm this as well..Therefore according to both Borla, and Magnaflow ! the original info, in which I both obtained and posted, was accurate. That being said ! you best have all your facts straight, before accusing anyone of being at fault for passing faulty info..And to me, that is a big deal !

Rich ! my only concern here is.. getting some straight answers, as to who manufactures Steeda's axle backs.

PM me if you would like a lesson in logic/rational thinking, that way this thread can stay open.
