No, with our springs, new dampers are not required. We do recommend doing dampers to get the most out of your new springs/better handling.
Regarding the sport springs, they are also a good choice, but we prefer the Ultralites for daily drivers as it has a slightly softer spring rate in the front which is better suited for those cars driven daily and rarely/never tracked.

I'll agree with Brandon's suggestion on the Ultralites. Been running them on my car for a couple years. Nice balance of performance and ride quality.
