The problem is K spring really don't work well if you push them. They're fine if you're just driving in traffic but not under stress. The spring rate changes from silly soft too hard and the shock can't keep that in control. A straight rate spring is a better all around bet.

I went with BMR for three reasons. Their HQ is minutes from my house and their spring have a pretty good rate and give the stance I was looking for. The ride is pretty good but I have Koni Str.t's too
I would recommend our Ultralite springs for your purposes.
They will provide an approximate 1.25" (F) and 1.5" (R) drop, improved handling and reduced nose dive. They are made in the USA and feature a lifetime warranty.
Let me know if I can help you with that.

I went with the Roush springs. 1" drop all around. I'll see if I can snap some pics if you're interested. I wanted to lower it a bit, but at the same time keep the ride acceptable on our lovely pothole roads here in Michigan. I've been quite happy with them.
They are regularly $262.45. I'll send you a PM.
No, with our springs, new dampers are not required. We do recommend doing dampers to get the most out of your new springs/better handling.
Regarding the sport springs, they are also a good choice, but we prefer the Ultralites for daily drivers as it has a slightly softer spring rate in the front which is better suited for those cars driven daily and rarely/never tracked.
