Can anyone tell me the difference between the SCT X3 part number #3000 and the SCT SF3 part number #3015. I am looking to purchase for my 2008 Mustang GT.

The SCT 3000 is a blank device that you have to purchase from a custom tuning dealer and have them load their own tunes on it. A 3015 is a Strategy Flasher that has the tune files from SCT preloaded on it and it has the ability to hold custom tunes as well.
