So I had the magnaflow xpipe and catback installed yesterday, which Magnaflow says does NOT require a computer tune. Even though they say this im still a bit skeptical given some of thes tories of things like air filters throwing a tune out of whack.

I had an apointment with a dyno shop to get my A/F done today, but I showed up and surprise they woudlnt be able to fit me in because one of their other apointments lasted too long.

My question is, assuming im not tripping a CEL or any other light, is it safe to drive until I can get on a dyno? Seems to be running great. I need to go to my girlfriends house for 4 days and I won't be able to get the A/F tested until I get back.

Minor exhaust mods like that don't have much at all to do with the computer tune, you could drive it like that forever without getting a tune.

Thanks, I just wanted to be completely safe and make sure, I wasn't thinking it would be a real problem.

It looks like they brought you to about 12.9 which is still safe. I believe 12.9 to 13.2 is what's recommended
