Safe?

hey guys i am picking up my car tomorrow after getting headers and udp intalled. I am still waiting for my tune from doug and i am wondering is it safe to drive the car home without any ill sideffects on a stock tune? Thanks Ben

That all depends on what type of headers, you're having installed..If their shorty headers, you'll be fine.. However, if thier long tube headers..You're required to have you're car custom tuned, so if I were you..I wouldn't recommend, driving my car on a stock tune, with long tube headers..

If you just drive a short distance nothing worst than a CEL of the oxygen sensors will happen. I also would not drive it long without the proper tune.

yeah, you should be fine, just be really easy on it, and keep the revs low.
