Chris I agree, a little deceiving. But a subsantial difference in the way it looks.
Oops, I didn't realize that the bottom pic was the "before" pic! In that case, yes, the difference is very noticeable and new stance is perfect.

I'm about to buy them right now... ..but just to be sure...they only lower the rear by 1" which will still keep the rear higher than the stock front, right? I don't want to completely remove the car's rake.

Does it negatively impact performance to just install rear springs while keeping the front springs stock?

As much I would like to believe that I seriously doubt the Roush Stage 2 outhandles every car except a Z06...

Im not saying ride quality and all that, but overall grip and handling on a smooth road is pretty awsome. If possible,go to a roush dealer and test drive a stage 2 car.You may be suprised.

I just ordered mine. How hard is it to install the rear springs myself? What do I do?

Yes, measured before we lifted the car for the install, installed, lowered, bounched a few times, measure a 1 inch drop.
1/2 tank of gas.
Drove home, rear measures 1/4" higher than the front (top center wheel well to ground)

I notice no dramatic handling changes. Sure the rear is a hair stiffer now, your lowering the car. but it still has a nice ride.

Wow.... what a simple solution to the problem, go drive one and see how it feels. The first time I ever drove my new Stang was when I drove it off the lot and home. I really wish I had the oppurtunity to test all of these packages back to back to back...
