Roush Short Throw Shifter: Anyone have one?

Hello everyone!
Perhaps the first mod I'll be making to "Thor" is changing out the stock shifter and putting a Roush Short Throw Shifter in its place. Does anyone out there have one? If so, is it worth the investment?
