Seeing that both Vortech and Paxton are owned by the same company and their blower packages are the same price (for the cheap version anyway), is there actually a difference in the two supercharger systems?

Tha parts can't be the same because the Vortech is water cooled and the Paxton is air cooled. The head units are different, but I beleive the Novi 1200 is close to a S trim. The HO kit however has a new blower the Novi 2200 which is similar to a Novi 2000 and is rated up to 1000 hp, so theres room to grow for sure there.
Thanks Mike

Base kit format for each is about the same , but the head units are different obviously.Design, install, programming is all almost identical.H.O kits are air to water (Vortech) and a BIG air to air (paxton) coolers respectively on their kits.Obviously programming is somewhat different on those as well.

Was that Paxton offering the Vortech kit or Vortech offering it for you Paxton? It seems weird that Paxton, who uses air to air would supply a air to water kit, but they are under the same roof now. The kit should work though as they(s trim and 1200) are basically the same. The Paxton HO uses air to air and 2200 head unit.
Thanks Mike
