Yes, an adjustable panhard bar is what you need and it will fix the problem. I like BMR and Steeda suspension pieces. They both have adjustable panhard bars.

I also put on 20's, with 295-40 tires and noticed that the DVR side stuck out about 1/2 inch more than the PAX side . . . BUT . . . I was following my car home the other day and noticed that while driving behind it I could see that it equalled out. Not sure what the reason was, Torque Pre-load Pre-set maybe ? - but the off-set was no longer there under power and while the car was moving, but came back when sitting still.

If there's any Physic experts out there, maybe you can explain.

Meanwhile, I'm going to leave it alone.

Good Luck with whichever way you go.

it will sit different from full tank of gas to an empty tank also. if you do get a bar set it with a half tank of gas in the car. I would also think that when taking off from a light it will move also but settle back in to its normal posistion at driving speed

Yes. I would suggest getting a Panhard bar.

I'm running a Spohn piece.

Not again, lol. There's a long, very technical thread on this. I'll search for it tonight after I'm home from work and post.

Whaterver you do don't get the Steeda PHB. I've got it and wish I'd have bought the BMR or anyother PHB. Reason being steeda but the adjustment nut in the worst possible place. It's almost dam near impossible to adjust and lock down while on the car.

I also went with the Spohn Adj Panhard Bar. Many choices/prices out there. This one worked well for me. http://www.spohn.net/shop/2005-2008-...-Bushings.html

I opted for the chromoly version, but it is not required.

I have one where the adjustment nut is a bit of a drag to get to.....but thats ok once you adjust it you never really have to mess with it again. Check fleebay and the forsale section here for a good used one to save a few bucks

Ingalls also makes an adjustable panhard bar...

Ingalls Engineering also makes an adjustable panhard bar with a relocation bracket for the S197. For more information click the link below

https://www.newedgeperformance.com/i...ROD&ProdID=358

Ingalls Engineering has been in the alignment and suspension business for many years. The Ingalls Website is www.ingallseng.com.

Ingalls also makes adjustable rear trailing arms for the S197 as well as The Stiffy Engine Torque Damper.

I hope this helps.
