New FRPP diff cover will fit
I just installed the new Diff Cover from FRPP when I had the TSB on the clutch packs replaced. 
I got mine from Moss Mustang and no problem with the install or with it clearing my BMR adj. Panhard brace.
The only problem was that you cannot see the racing part of the Ford Racing logo
This is a heavy duty cover and should really beef up your rearend. I would suggest it if you are doing some power adders or up'd your gear ratio. I should have done it last year when I did my gears.
