MSF'ers Changing Gears

And I don't race my car - it's a daily driver doing at least 50 miles/day round trip. Man up and don't fear the gear.I daily drive mine as well. What kind of mileage do you get with 410s? At 75 mph what rpms are you turning? Is there much whine?
Also, for anyone who has dynoed their car with 410s, do you lose any horsepower on the dyno?
