MILs? Yes or No?
Ok so I have an O/R Prochamber and X2 to turn of the 02s. But I still take my CAI off everytime I go to the dealer just to be safe. My question is I don't want codes popping up from the O/R Prochamber when I tune the car back to stock. So is it worth it to buy some MILs basically just so I dont have to swithc back to the stock H everytime I go to the dealer? I'll probably be getting a new clutch along with a couple other little warranty issues and I dont want any dealer BS. Also I heard til is the best place to get em?
Thoughts?

I got some MILs for my exhaust from Tillman when I put the LTs & catted H-pipe on. I had him leave the O2 sensors on in the tune for emission testing reasons. So far I haven't got any codes for lean or rich or any of that. Although I keep getting P0153 for a slow to respond O2 sensor, but that's common for LTs (so I hear), and can be adjusted in the tune.
Check the Steeda site. I think they have lowered the price recently. I'm sure CR will match or beat it.

I want to make sure I understand this. The MILs basically trick the car into thinking the rear 02 sensors are on and not throwing codes?
If I get a hi-flow catted midpipe, I am likely to throw catalyst efficiency codes anyway, since these computers are picky?
So, I can either turn off the rear 02s with my tuner or install MIL eliminators.
If I try to pass an emissions test, I will fail if the 02s are off, but will pass with the MIL eliminators, unless I am visually inspected, of course?
And the tuner can adjust the "02 transport delay", which will prevent the computer from throwing codes upon startup (due to the new location of the cats and the fact they won't warm up as quick). Or will I not have to do this, since I will either have 02s turned off, or replaced with the MILs?
Do I have all that straight?

You got that 100%. The mechanic shouldn't bust your ***** over them, though. Just don't take it back to the ****ed off techs at the dealership and you should be good. You can tuck them up, and the mechanic will probably not even know what the hell they are (scary!).

That what I'm hoping happens. This is exactly what I have done.
Tho, CR, I'm gonna need a little more help w/ the tune. I loaded up the latest one yesterday, but I still got CEL for code P0153 this morning. Oddly, it wasn't when I first started it and drove 10 miles, it was after I stopped to get gas, then started driving again
.
Anyhow, maybe you can adjust that transport delay for me, if that is the cause of P0153, after I send you a new dyno chart, like we discussed. It's looking like next week, possibly Tuesday, if all the planets line up.

I never threw a code with my Bassani catted x. Now I am running an o/r x and just have turned the rear O2s off with the XCAL.
I have never removed any mods from car when taking it into the dealer. I get compliments from the techs that work on it. I have been fortunate to not have had any warranty work completed on it. My dealership is fairly mod friendly and I know alot of the people that work there so that helps.
