does anyone have mil eliminators for a 96-04? I got a catless H for the cobra....I was also wondering if I drive it with a mil, does it cause any damage? what will happen? does it go rich? or lean?:dunn o:

 

i drove my 02 for a while without it..it didnt do anything cept cut the check engine light on. Later installed the MIL and it did fine..no probs. Check out steeda they have them resonably cheap.. just make sure its the plug and play type.

 

I see them for like 60 new plus shipping, and I just keep thinking, I'd rather put that 60 towards a tuner....

 

does anyone know if it will cause the vehicle to run lean, or rich, or does it just kick a light on?

 

The rear 02's are just to monitor the Catalytic Converters. They don't effect the function of the car and just kick the light on to let you or an inspector know that the cats aren't working.

I have a set that I bought a loooong time ago but never installed because I turned them off in the tune. Still new in the box. $25 if you want them.
