well there's a lot of very expensive LCA's out there, but i went with these:

and they work great!!!! lca's are lca's, no point in spending a bunch of cash on them when they are all pretty much the same.....
pretty much maintenance free.. mine have been in for over 6 months now and no problems yet, no unexpected squeeks or anything either

I'm running the J&M rear lower arms also, they are easy to install and don't squeak or anything. I greased them very well with the supplied grease and they haven't ever made any funny noises. They made a big difference in traction too, no wheel hop.

Also running the J&M LCA's here. Definitely maintenance free. Packing the bushings takes a few minutes, but they're worth it. I prefer them to the BMRs I had before by quite a bit.

You can get Spohn control arms and panhard bars in chrome moly. I've used their lower control arms, they were a little noisy but well made.

How about this (about 3/4 down the page)

looks like a good one, havent heard anything good or bad either way, however everything I have heard about other MRT has been 1st class, I have had the BMR's which I changed out for the J&M, I liked both of them but more partial to the J&M as after I changed them out my added road noise from the BMRs was cut down to almost nothing, I dont think you will go wrong with any of the options mentioned here, one thing I will be doing to my aluminum panhard bar from J&M is polishing it, it turns out very nice and shiney!

Picked up adjustable Steeda LCAs w/ urethane bushings on-sale @ MossMustang
http://www.mossmustang.com/Shop/View...eIndexID=48513
Look nice, haven't installed yet (still waiting to get the car!)
$100+ off original price, though. Makes it easier to adjust pinion if you ever get a driveshaft.
