Don,
Looks like the same install they did on 2 guys garage. Moving the battery, and relocating both reservoir's there will really clean up that engine bay. A Canton aluminum for the coolant reservoir would look sweet.
There was some minor metal trimming for that flex line, wonder how the production unit will be.

Those are some good suggestions. I think I'll probably go for the standard install and a good tune first, then get the shaker modified as needed to fit. After that's all done, I'll start looking into ways to improve it. I don't want to bite off more than I can chew. haha

Great product, crappy people, IMO. KB himself badmouthed me publicly on another forum about 1 year ago. Even if I was deserving of it, which I was not, bad publicity for CEO to treat any current or potential customer that way. From what I have learned this isn't a rare occurence for their buisness. Just ask JBA in SD Don, see what happens if you need any warranty work or technical help.
I remember that because I was part of the discussion. We were talking about the bad rep KB has and he popped in and slammed dhof and then disappeared. That personnally has kept me away from any KB products. I'll pay a little extra for the customer service.
I think the KB strategy is to let the individual tuners provide the customer service on thier behalf, because I have only heard horror stories of anyone dealing directly with KB. If Adam at ST is trustworthy, and I don't see why he wouldn't be, it might be worth it.

For me, I'm still holding my breath on the Whipple setup. :bang:

Several other 05-owners that I know have used Adam, and have only great things to say about him. I have met him a couple times, and spoke to him on a few occasions, so I'm comfortable that he can do a good job for me. I hope to be reporting back some really good results here in the near future.

Cool!! Thanks for letting us know! And the price list is updated too... $5600 for the intercooled, 8-13psi version. But, it doesn't say if that is for chrome or black.

At the top of the price list it says add $650 for the polished. One question I had is it says come with a "flash tune" does any one know if that is on a SCT tuner or how is it supplied?

Didn't see the $650.

According to the guy I'm getting mine from, it comes with an XCal.
