I happen to have my owner's manual here at my desk (don't ask me why) so here ya go:

Headlight: H13
Park lamp/turnlamp/sidemarker (front): 3157 or 3157K
Sidemarker (front and rear), overhead interior console lamp: W5W or W5WL
Foglamp: 9145-GT or H11-Pony (if equipped)
Taillamp/brakelamp/turnlamp (rear): 3057K or 4057K
High mount brake lamp/Backup lamp: 921
License plate lamp: 168

I use the PDF so I don't wear out the beautiful owner's manual. The black cover/styling is very unique. It's the first time I've seen a Ford owner's manual that entices me to read through it. My Crown Vic owner's manual had the wrong model year body style on the cover, and used a Town Car in the specifications section

 

Comical - unfortunatly, my owner's manual in my car, on a train, somewhere in the northeast.
