my H.O Whipple in action (Video)

i had a few runs yesterday with a friend of mine.
him in his Stock 2007 GT (seen on the left) and me in mine

YouTube - S197 Mustang GT, Stock vs 10PSI Whipple Supercharged

he then jumped in and filmed a couple WOT runs

YouTube - A few WOT runs @ 10PSI FRPP/Whipple Supercharged Mustang GT

Edit: Although she's running rich (10.4AFR) she ran a 465RWHP on the dyno

i love it

Thanks guys.. after 1.5 years driving my stang.. the Whipple has put back the grin i had on my face everyday for the first 2-3 months after i bought the car

Caleb: The Speed of Sound A-Pillar triple Gauge pod has the Autometer Nexus Boost/Vacuum, Fuel Pressure and Water Temp gauges.
The 4th gauge between the AC vents is also Autometer Nexus, AFR Wideband.

that's the Autometer Nexus Boost/Vacuum gauge.
i set the warning threshold at 12PSI boost.. and the gauge somehow went up to 12PSI momentarily around ~6,000RPM

well we have a few.. but to give you an idea, there are only 2-3 dynos in Dubai, and barely anyone that can actually tune a Mustang.

I was having this conversation a couple days back with a friend, and we're seriously thinking of bringing in a Dynamometer and get the ball rolling.

there's some major potential here for a rather untapped market.

Was your spedometer pegged at the end of that 2nd video? If so, your car sounded like it wasn't struggling very hard to keep it at that speed. Yikes, what's with the 14 people that posted vids of their supercharged Mustangs today! How's about you just take that Whipple off your car and send it to me, I'm a bit jealous right now.

*throws up a Whipple Blowout sale sign*

LMAO, seriously though... that is sick, I'm glad the ProCal took care of the problems that it could! Your car is officially on the top 5 of my "want to steal" cars list!

And you too! You already GOT a pile of my cash and you'll probably get some more.
Seriously those videos are awesome! That sound! Nothing like the sound of a twin screw.

Hahaha

Dont blame the vendor! Blame the manufacturer!

It's not my fault those American Racing Headers and Coast Driveshafts are so **** cool! And I sure as hell didn't engineer the Whipple masterpiece! I just sell them!

Don't worry, if the old lady calls I'll answer "Tillman Investments" rather than "Tillman Speed"!

yup.. the FRPP tune has the speed limiter set back on
i could almost reach the top speed on 4th gear alone, but during this run, i figured let me shift a bit early into 5th and see if it's still as uselss as it used to be N/A.

Sure enough, it climbed, slowly but steadily till it completely burried the needle.

i'm sure with the speed limiter removed, it would have continued to go up.
till what speed is the question
