last time out november: 13.08@ 103my mph was off due to not having it dyno tuned after i replaced the converter. base dyno(as that run was made) 267hp/273tq after tune 281hp/322tq all on a"mustang dyno". he picked me up 70+ ft.lbs. of torque at 3300rpm and the least gain was 14hp/40tq.
i think it should run some 12's now if only the tracks were open around here in MD!

Just curious . . . are you guys with stock gears in your '05/'06's shifting into 4th or holding 3rd through the traps in the 1/4?
I'm still running the 3.31's in my auto, and last weekend I attempted to hold 3rd to see if it made a difference. It didn't, my ET was identicle and my trap speed came down 1 m.p.h.

and SixtySix, when i was at speedworld last week i couldnt get traction for nothing either. I couldnt even post a 14 second run. Was at firebird last night in the 03 cobra, and discovered it needed a clutch lol.

Yeah, I was there last Saturday, and traction was tougher than the last time I was there. I couldn't get past 14.0 :bang: My 60ft was off by .2 (figuring that 2.0 is the best I'll be able to do on street tires)

That's OK, my helmet was hurting my head anyway

With 4.10s and 26" tall M/Ts, I'm in 4th before the 1/8-mi marker... and that's with a 6250rpm shift point.

With stock 3.31s and stock tires? My guess would be 4th gear. You'd have to be turning about 6500rpm in 3rd to hit 103mph.

Oh, and nice time for just a CAI and a tune!

Time slip from 1-27 in Orlando.I can't seem to get my 60' times under 2.0. I know it won't happen without drag radials but a guy can try can't he
My times are on the left side under 0360.

I think some people have posted 1.9 60' times with the stock tires. I hit 2.1 60' with my stock v6 tires and differential (1 legged with 215 shizzy tires lol).

I gave up on speedworld, i just cant get the power down there at all.
Im hoping to make firebird this weekend with my new rear end setup.

The best 60' I ever did on street tires with my automatic was 2.036. The best on the DRs has been 1.949.

My best ET to date is 12.511 at 109.021 AT LACR, which is at 2710 elevation.
My best 1/8 mile was at Irwindale, in which I ran a 7.670 with a 1.673 60'.
These runs were done with N20, 125hp setting.

Going back to the track with some new LCA's, going to try 12psi in the DR's and removed the sway bar so hopefully I can 60' better at LACR. Best 60' there is more than a tenth slower than Irwindale, at only a 1.789.

Here is a link to me running a 03/04 Z06 vette....yeah it wasn't fair because he had street tires and not geared for the track. I new I would destroy him off the line....question was if I could hold him off on the big end.

Too bad LACR is at such a bad altitude... I wouldn't mind running there someday, but I'm not sure it's worth the drive from SD.

And that's a nice ET at Irwindale!

Yeah, that 12.511 is like a 12.135 corrected. I am so trying to get to the 11's. If Irwindale was a 1/4 mile track I might have hit 11's already.

Going to LACR tomorrow to test the new LCA's and some other changes....preparing for FAMOSO (Bakersfield) on FEB 25th. Thats my next best chance of turning an 11.XX
