Koni Shock/Strut Settings

I recently obtained a set of Koni shocks/struts for my '08, which I am running on 2010 Track Pack springs. I've been experimenting with the settings and trying different combinations, but I haven't seemed to find a particular setting that I like. It seems like when I have the Konis at full soft, the ride is not harsh, but the car seems to "bounce" around a lot, so much so that on the crappy freeways around here I have trouble adjusting the volume on the radio because the car is shaking around so much. At the same time, if I adjust to harder settings, the car is not bouncing left and right so much, but when I go over a bump, or a freeway expansion joint, it's "BAM!!". I really feel it.

What I want to know is, if you own a set of Konis, what settings are you running? Have you found a setting that is comparable to a BMW, or some other car that has a decent balance of road feel and ride quality? Is my problem simply related to the live rear axle? Also, in my experimentation, I've kept the rear stiffer than the front? Should I reverse this?

Any help would be appreciated.

When I run the Konis on the smooth interstate, I have them set on full soft front and rear. Very nice ride.
When I run the Konis on curvy roads, I have them set one full turn from soft. Very crisp ride.
When I run the Konis for Auto-X, I have them set two full turns from soft on front and 1.5 full turns on rear.
When I run the Konis on the harsh roads, I have found that unless you have a full turn from soft, any less and the car is really bouncy/clunky.
So I have them set at one full turn from soft, front and rear, unless I am at an Auto-x, or traveling long distances.

1 1/2 front 1 rear. Seems to be a happy medium.

Thanks for your help! After experimenting further, I found that the settings of 3/4 turn from full soft in the rear and 1 1/4 turn from full soft in front seem to be the best settings I have found so far. I'm glad to see this is similar to what the rest of you have found.
