Hey leslie is your ford/whipple sticker coming off the intake tube...mine came off right after the install of the intake tube.

Its a 6rib...I would love a big nasty 10 rib and a full set of polished pullies or something like that. A fat belt looks better!

btw I just chopped down an turbo evo with ease. I'm loving this...

Congrats to you all.

I guess Ford is pretty confident in their blower/tune not causing any engine problems? Although I doubt if something happened to the engine they would cover it anyway.

6lb pully wont be on their for long.... just install the 8 and be done.

you'll never feel like you have enough boost....

My last car had a turbo and i went from "i'm only going to fun 6lbs" to "holy $hit, last night I dialed in 1.5bar and eeeeeehhhhaaaaaa" in only a few days...(sleeved/built block)..

Special occasion = you get beat by someone and run home and swap pully's... hahahhaah

I'm loving the whipple and it is on my to do list but probably not real soon. How do you guys feel about the 4:10 gears with the supercharger? I was thinking that 3:73 gears might be better for the manual.

I'm jealous too.

Never fear about 4.10's and a Twin Screw. At least not if your running 8-10 psi. Once you go up in boost, you may want to consider gearing down. But even then, changing to a taller tire is also an alternative.

So how long are we talkin'? It only took me 1 month after hangin around with these guys to get my blower. After a while, these guys start to make you feel like you're running on 4 cylindars...LOL!

Maybe in the Spring but certainly not before that. Of course if you come to Chico and I get a ride in your car I will probably order a blower the next day.

Blowers are fast becoming popular upgrades. I know that I'm considering one this spring. I was at Brenspeed on Monday getting the car tuned, and they have 2 shop cars- an '05 manual with a 150h N2O shot and bolt-ons and an '06 auto with a Paxton 2200 and no other mods besides a tune. Yesterday we went to the track and the '05 ran 11.3 and the '06 ran 12.1 ON FACTORY TIRES. Of course me runnin' 13.3 just gave me more reason to want a power-adder NOW and not later.

We are very good at spending one anothers money arnt we LOL.

Just get it now...you know you want to. Look at it this way...if you get a blower now...buy the time you were going to wait to get it...the blower will be almost paid off.

My 4.10s make 1st quick...but part of the quickness is the mad tire spin. Once I get better tires that will be taller than what I have now, then I'll know how I feel about 4.10's

Beware tho...if you get a blower...your bound to get a ticket. I got one today...and one last friday DOH. One last friday for a red light...I was in a hurry to get home and work on installing the blower. Then today when I was showing my friend my new toy....I happened to blow down a street that a cop lived on...he was going to work...I got a ticket for wreckless opp and my tint. But in that area of town the tickets dont go on your driving record...all they want is the $$$. I really wasnt going that fast..but the o/r H and slp's painted a different picture.

Heh thats the beauty of this place. The one today will not go on my record and not effect ins at all. The red light one, all I have to do is go to the court house and talk to the DA. Then it gets reduced to a non moving like improper equipment. That dont go on my record thus not effecting ins. I had 3 stop sighns in the last year or so...all with the same outcome. All they want is the $...gotta rebuild somehow right. Im just doing my part

on a side note my ins is 900 every 6 months for full coverage!

Yeah I thought so...it looked like it in the picture. I am going to have to find something else to go there.

I think you were about to show me where you hooked the boost and fuel pressure gauge on MF before it went down. Can you PM me some pics or post them here.
