Anybody using the new JBA axlebacks with 4 inch tips? How's the drone? How do they sound?

Mine sound awesome! They do have a little drone if I hang around in 4th , once I get into 5th it goes away. I love to listen to them as I accelerate through the gears! They look good on the car a sound much better than the stock exhaust.

Are the tips flush with the rear valance or do they stick out some? How do they sound at idle?

They stick out just a little more than stock, they look (are bigger) also. It gives a better impression of your stang's rear end. I do not have a sound clip however they are slightltly louder. When I bought the I tried to sneek them by my wife (She said something was wrong with the car it is louder) The price was not bad, you could get magnaflows or corsas but you will spend more money. I am happy with them.

Sorry I forgot to tell you they sound noticeably deeper at idle.

Thanks for the info.I've got OBX long tubes and a catted H-pipe to install still and these mufflers sound like they will work out great.
