So if you were to run the Bassani's, you couldent use the cats? I want LT's but want cats on them. I don't want to smell like my car. My 65 had Long tube Hookers, with 2.5in tubing and flowmasters, and every time I got out of the car I smelt like exhaust.

I can understand on a '65. They have come a long way in insulating a car in 40 years.

I haven't had cats on my car for about 8 months. I have no problem with exhasut fumes. Especially if I'm inside the car. The tips are way at the rear of the car... unless you are at a redlight and the wind happens to be blowing towards the front of the car, you won't even smell the exhaust. Much less smell like the exhaust.
