Iwas just wondering if the tune difference is worth the price of gas for the performance?

I am running a JLT w/ Xcal 2 tune ( 87 and 93). I am currently running the 87 now (very pleased with the performance) and am going to try the 93 tune.

For those of you with the tunes, how much difference was there? is there some dyno #'s to show the difference?

I am not just asking the JLT crowd, but also the others as well.

post your info please!

I just switched last week from the 87 tune to the 93 and seat of the pants tells me there's definitely a difference. I don't know how much extra horsepower, but it feels stronger. I also have the JLT. Since gas came down a little, it's worth it and i'm staying with the 93 tune. If gas prices go back up over 3$ for premium, I'm back to the 87.

i say do it....if you think sbout it, 93 octane usually costs about 20 cents more than the 87...mutiply 16 gal by 20 cents and you are only dumping in 3.20 extra bucks REGARDLESS of the gas prices...hmmmmm i am sure you can sacrifice something for the extra ummpfh....(a beer here and there..it might be hard but it can be done)
