I have just over 500 miles on her now. Should I change the oil (with dino oil) before I put her on the dyno on Saturday morning?

Glad you got your pony. Let us know how the dyno turns out.

Wait till 1000 miles to besure the rings have setted, then do Mobil 1
0W-20.

Thanks Frank! It was worth the wait, though I don't know if I could have waited any longer I'll post the results for sure. The only mod is that the HC trap somehow just fell out the next morning after I got the car home....strange.

I'd change it right after the dyno session, then again at 1500 miles.
