FRPP Heads and Timing Question

I'm considering swapping out my stock 3V heads for a set of the Ford Racing CNC heads when I do the Hot Rod cams. My concern is about the VCT and how much of an issue it will be get the timing back in sync.

Anyone swapped out heads that can give me some tips/advice?

Pretty sure it's timed normally. It's not like you'd have to degree anything. The cam gear can only fit on the cam one way. And the hot rod cams don't use a phaser of anything so I don't see what you'd have to do anything special. Pretty sure those heads are direct bolt ons. The only time I've ever heard or any special timing procedures on 3vs is on really serious cams.
