Flowmaster's and X-pipe, finally on...
See my sig. I had everything on with stock mufflers. I just put on the Flowmaster Amercian Thunder. Without sounding cheesy, this setup sounds exotic! It's a mix between what a Ferrari V8 and my Heads/Cam Z06 sounds like. Smoother than the Z06 and with the verve of the Ferrari in the upper rpms.
Well worth the $275 shipped to my door based on sound alone!
I know the x-pipe makes it sound quite differen than the H-pipe, plus I'm running high-flow cats. There is no drone at most rpms, only just slightly at a certain rpm, I think it was around 1700 (which I'm rarely at!).

Seriously, I've listed to hundreds of sound clips on exhaust, and I have a great Klipsch system. You just CAN NOT do it justice that way.
My post was to let people know in case anyone was debating going this route. Doesn't seem worthless to me.
