For those of you in CA who are unaware Famoso raceway just North of Bakersfield is running a test and tune night each friday of the summer starting june 16. I've never gone, but will likely make a few of these. I understand it's a pretty solid track. Their web site is www.famosoraceway.com. I have a buddy with a lightly modded ls1 TA that is dying to humiliate me. Although while he turns like 360 rwhp, he can't hit the 2-3 shift to save his **** and hasn't done better than 13.3. So I got a shot. C'est la vie! We shall see. It will be my maiden voyage.

BTW, some of us are trying to arrange a get together at Famoso on July 14-15 (Fri/Sat). We're hoping to get a group from NorCal and a group from SoCal to meet up and race that weekend. Here is a thread we started a month or so ago: http://www.modularfords.com/forums/w...day-51027.html
