I think he is referring to viscosity not actual weight.
But I find it hard to believe that antifreeze has 10X the viscosity of water, so either way this may be BS.

Most of what he says it correct, however he states that phosphorous is a leftover contaminent of crude oil. This is not correct. phosphorous has been intentionally added to motor oil for years, including Mobil 1. The reason is that it reduces valve wear. Phosphorous additives became pretty much standard with the advent of unleaded gasoline since the lead was no longer there to protect the valves.

I also agree that Motorcraft 5W20 syn blend is good stuff. It is made for Ford by Conoco. It is a low phosphorous oil. If you change your oil every 3K - 4K I really see no reason to spend $5+ / quart of Mobil 1. Advance Auto carries Motorcraft oils. The 5W20 syn blend is about $2 / quart.
Well, it seems that if you look hard enough (on the internet) you can find "facts" to support just about anything you want to believe. But I agree that the majority of his info appears to be credible... That particular blurb about the antifreeze caught my attention.

I even found a fact that says this is true.

I used Redline Synthetic in my 89 GT for 6 years and it made a big difference. It's $8.79 a quart but I believe it is the best synthetic on the market. I put 137,000 miles on a 5.0 using Redline also had it in the gearbox and diff. too. check out the website for more info. www.redlineoil.com

I'd be impressed if it was 237,000 miles
