Dyno yesterday at jdm

I had JDM install a Saleen S/C - C&L Racer Tube - 3.6 pulley - plugs - 39lb injectors - their 90mm lightning mass air back in November. They couldnt dyno it because the clutch started to slip. So after they installed a roush clutch and I broke it in, I returned for the dyno yesterday. I also have Kooks LT's with catted X on the car.

First pull was 475rwhp 435 rwtq
Second pull was 478.93 HP 440 tq
Boost was 10.5 lbs

This was at a max of 5800 rpms. I started to go a little lean at 5800 and it still was making power. Jim didnt want to push it from there. He has my redline at 6800 and has pulled out some timing to about 15 degrees until I get my gt500 fuel system. He thinks with the timing back in we should hit just about 500rwhp.

We figured 450-460 with this set-up, they and myself were both suprised.

Will post the sheet when I get my scanner back up

awesome numbers. if you dont mind me asking, how long did it take to dyno and what was the final cost for the dyno tuning. the reason i ask is because im considering to get dyno'd at jdm or big daddy performance and i want to compare pricing.

my car is running real rich to the point that the car stumbles after about a 1minute past startup then clears up, so i need some tuning badly lol.

The dyno was included in the install. I think they charge $475 for their dyno tunes.

Great numbers for a 3.6 pulley...... the longtubes and tune must be working well for you!

You guys going 450+ rwhp on stock guts are brave. As tempting as it is, I'm staying where I am until a Livernois forged rotating assembly goes in, which will hopefully be this year.
