Dyno results 301 rwhp/ 294 rwtq

Hey everyone, finally got around to getting my Bamachip's 93 race tune and Steeda CAI dyno checked by Powerhouse Automotive..The results with just the CAI and tune before adding Steeda UDP's were 289 rwhp and 289 rwtq.. and then afterwards with the Steeda UDP's producing an additional 11 rwhp for a total of 301 max HP and an additional 5 ft.lbs of torque providing a max 294 rwtq across the rpm band..although the air/fuel is not listed in the dyno graph ? my air/fuel results are between 12.9 and 13.0 which is considered within safe parameters on the dyno..I'll also be posting a text file of all pulls as soon as I receive them from Mike at Powerhouse..In the meantime, here's a copy of the print out...

Very good. Thanks for the comparison. I guess UDP's are on the list now. I did not believe it would help that much. I stand corrected...Thanks again...

I was expecting perhaps up to 5-7 additional HP with the pulleys ? but definitely not 11..And yet these were the results from a Mustang dyno, so I can just imagine how much of a difference the results would have been on a dynojet.. All in all, everyone from Powerhouse Automotive not only met my expectations ? but also exceeded them and I especially have Doug from Bamachips to thank for recommending them.. Here's also some pics that were taken during the dyno pulls..

That's a very oddly calibrated mustang dyno.

In what way ? I was in the shop during the entire time in which each of the dyno pulls took place and observed everything that was going on..Also Powerhouse has been in the performance industry for over 10 years and has a very solid reputation..I also selected them as a direct result following Doug's recommendation from Bamachip's as well..

Is it just me or does that dyno chart look funny? I thought that a UDP dyno should show almost equal gains across the board, not an increase as RPM increases. Not calling BS or anything, I could definitely be wrong.

Nice numbers though, especially for only intake / tune / pulleys.

I'm not quite sure that I understand but if you look under the Min, Average and Max HP ranges ? you'll notice that both pulls 1 and 2 were the same at 95 HP before and after the pulley install under the Min. power range, followed by pull #1 @ 230 HP in the Average power range after the pulley install and then 223 HP prior to the pulley install as pull #2..Then under the Max power range, you'll notice that pull#1 @ 301 HP is after the pulley install followed by pull #2 @289 HP prior to the pulley install.. At least that's pretty much how it was all explained to me anyhow
