Cost for Spark Plug Change?
Foul on the play! The TSB specifically says to NOT put the anti-seize on the threads! Just on the barrel, and not to get any on the electrode, either. The barrel is where the carbon builds up. If you anti-seize the threads, the plugs will have a tendancy to loosen and back out!

You are correct (on the TSB), however, A/S on threads is a common practice.
I changed the sparks on my v8 04 explorer yesterday. Patience and experience is needed. A good idea is to put a bit of anti-seeze on the rubber boot of the coil on plug before putting them back on and to ----wait----- that the motor is (room tempereture before removing unscrewing). Will do the stang next week. Hope this helps someone!
