are these things worth installing or should i save my money and get something else

You already have them. Save your money.
Now if you want to delete the charge motion plates, that's another story.

Deleting them will net you 4-8 hp depending on the application and corresponding tune.

How much hp can you free up on a supercharged GT with the delete plates?

Couldn't tell you to be exact...... why, you lookin' for more power already? Shoulda done the Brenspeed kit with delete plates and custom tune included.
