Looking to change out the rear end fluid soon with some Amsoil. Anybody have instructions or pics on how to do it? Looks like you unbolt it, drain the fluid, bolt it back up with fresh gasket sealer (Permatex black?), and fill her up to a little below the fill hole.
How's that sound?

You can call the parts department at your local dealership and they should be able to tell you. You'll need to swing by there anyway as the LSD in GTs requires that a friction modifier be added with the gear lube.
Other than that the procedure is as you have stated.

VIa the fill hole, we use a little tube with a pump on the end, and let gravity do the work.
Looks like a clear oversized bycycle pump.
Works pretty good
