C&L Intakes and JET T/B Spacers

For those who have this setup or have had this setup, I just found a really great deal on a C&L intake that i just bought, should be here in a couple of days. Any kind of modifications you had to make in order to make the C&L fit with the T/B Spacer? Anyone have to get a different PVC vaccumm hose?? Anyone have pics?

Chime in please....

What is a t/b spacer? Thanks I saw you mention that on other post and it eliminates the throttle lag. What does t/b stand for and where can you get this? Thanks

I have the C&L and the JET TBS everything will fit but just barely. Just be careful and take your time on the install.

Here's a pic of mine. Had to off-set the "tube" just slightly, to clear the coolant tank.

Also, I just replaced the vent tube with a hose, not pretty but effective.

I was able to install the C&L and the TB spacer without any problems. The fit is tight. I was able to use the vacuum hose that came with the car. It's stretched tight but it snaps solid into place.

A few clearance problems to be aware of; check the clearance between the C&L and the following components:

1) radiator overflow tank
2) Power steering reservoir
3) radiator hose underneath c&L

The best procedure I found is to install everything and leave all the clamps loose. Move the C&L so that you have some clearance between all of the componets listed above and then tighteten all the clamps. The entire install takes about 15minutes.
