as you all know the installed jlt2/xcal2 and had a few problems. My phone was ringing at 6:45am today, and Brent helped me fix the problem. The customer service part of this industry is usually lacking, but in this case I can't say enough about Brent and his concern!

Brent's customer service and not to mention Tune is something to speak for!

Right on....... Brent has taken the time to explain why I should or shouldn't do things, whereas other vendors usually just tell you to do this or not do that. You can't learn anything from that kind of response, but you can learn and appreciate more about your purchases and expectations with the input that Brenspeed delivers.

I am eagerly awaiting my dyno tune time with Brent, partly infact just to meet the guy face to face and thank him for his service.

I agree. Brent has one great business going there. I talked with him on serveral occasions for at least 15 minutes each time and he was always willing to answer my relentless questions....I mean how many other people will take that kinda time to help a potential customer they dont even know?? He is very knowledgeable and he tests every part he sells. That is the level of customer service and dedication that sets him apart from the rest!

One time I was talking with Brent about an off road h-pipe and how there isnt one out there....then BAM, Brent gets to work and has the FIRST off road h-pipe available that bolts up to the stock manifolds. How cool is that?

That just shows that Brent cares about the customer and listens to us!

I'll chime in too and agree with you all. I just received my JLT II/SCT2 combo about 20 minutes ago, and have been very pleased with the speed and courtesy in the service he provided. I recommend his shop BRENSPEED to anyone reading this, Good Price, Good Service, Great Product.

I would like to say thanks to everyone that has responded to this thread, I've been looking at the X2 JLT combo at Brenspped's website but was concerned about not have bought the X2 from my local tuner.
I was going to buy the X2 this summer; I got a quote for 375.00 but then the local tuner wanted 400.00 more for 1 custom tune. So I held off.
Now the car is in storage for the winter and I'm getting the itch to start buy stuff for it, this will be one mod I will be getting.
I put alot of stock in customer service, and I feel reading the threads on this site that both Jay & Brent are guys that stand behind thier products, which in this day and age is rare.
I will be buying this combo now. Thanks!!!

I too have had great experience buying products from Brenspeed...after my first purchase from Brent, I decided that if Brenspeed has what I'm looking for, I'll only buy it from them.

 

I agree, I don't think anybody on this forum would disagree with any of us.

 

Just wanted to add my experance with Brent,
I E-mailed him a couple times and he got right back to me, Today I ended up talking to him on the phone, great guy. He took the time to answer all my questions and I ended up odering the SCT2 and JLTII tuner package as well as the Pro racer software.

Can't wait to get the new toys, now if only it was May and snow was gone
