Blazing Saddles gave me his Diablo Predator tuner at the track tonight since he switched to SCT. Everyone tell George what a nice guy he is.

It was a good night at the track, probably 60 degrees. My best run was 13.548@104.07mph with a 60' of 2.051. We'll see now what difference the tuner makes.

Hand me downs are good, thanks again George.

wtf is wrong with my car then. thats about the times that i running with a ton of mods. But my car weighs in at 3750 without me in it. dont know how your car is 300 lbs lighter...

 

Nothing is wrong with your car

In CA it probably doesn't get 55 degrees out like it did here in NH last night. That will make a huge difference. My fastest run before last night was 14.1 @ 101.

FYI I usually run at least .3 sec faster (usually half a second faster) if I do a run and park the car for an hour with the hood up. Sometimes I put a bag of ice on the CAI, throttle body, and intake manifold. A cold engine is a fast engine.

Blazing Saddles has gone to the extreme of installing a Meziere electric water pump and low speed fans which cools your car down much much faster. He can park his car and watch the temp gauge needle drop. He's the expert on that subject. I will do this mod some day.
