on my 2nd tank of gas, averaging 12.5L/100km (18.9MPG)

That is city driving with some highway, with some "spirited" sessions. Most of the time I take it easy though

10.8L/100KM on the highway
and average of 11.8L/100KM between majority of highway (80km+ zones) and some tooling around the city on the weekend.

I got 26.6 mpg with the cruise set at 60 mph. Up close behind an 18 wheeler I was getting about 31.5 mpg going about 65mph. I just wanted to see what the effect would be. It really made a big difference in my truck doing this on a trip.

My best was a 40 mile trip right after having the magnaflow xpipe put on, 30mpg going 55. Usually its around 20 around town, 26-27 on the itnerstate going 75-80.

The closest interstate to me is 70 miles away. I'm averaging 18.9 mpg combined town and 2 lane highway driving.

Indystang - weren't you worried about rocks hitting your car while closely following that truck? Maybe I'm paranoid, but I always stay way back.

I'm about to hit 3k and I'm starting to see about a 23MPG average in mixed driving conditions (city/Highway).

During my 700 mile trip through Michigan I was averaging about 23.6mpg at 70mph (had cruise set at 80, avg dropped due to time getting gas)

Before i changed my oil for the first time i was getting 25 mpg. I just changed it to Royal Purple Full synthetic and now i'm getting 30 mpg on the highway. I figured the oil would help but not that much.

Last trip to NC I got 26.6 mpg, I did 80-90 mph on I-85 pretty much the whole way. 20-21 around town. I think I can live with that.......
