Anyone know what kind of hp gain i will get with a diablo tuner?

I have a 2005 mustang gt with full magnaflow exhaust w/ Xpipe, c&l racer series intake, 3.73 gears, and I'm also catless and 20 in. Wheels. Does anybody have similar mods with a diablo tuner? If so what kind of gain did you get. Will a tuner even work properly with no cats?

You would have to get a custom tune written for all the mods you have to achieve the maximum hp gain. A tuner will work with catless exhaust as long as you turn off the rear o2 sensors. As far as numbers go you might see 320 hp to the rear tires at the most.

Where did you get your tuner? Some places will give free tunes for life. Do you have headers? A email tune will work, but a dyno tune will get you the most. Depending on the dyno between 290 and 320.

Ok so I got the tuner and I installed the 91 octane performance tune but it only gives me the option for my CAI and a few other things like revs per mile for tires, MAF curve ( which I don't know what that should even be), WOT fuel (don't know what that should be either). So basically all I installed on the tune was my tire size and intake, So I don't know if any of my other mods registered or not. So what other things can I modify on the diablo and how do I do it? Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.

That's all you can do. The fuel at wot is for when you floor it,it will adjust it richer/leaner. You use that for nitrous to richen the a/f when the nitrous hits it doesn't go lean. Well did you buy new and will the company you bought from write you tunes. Most mail order tuners will accommodate mods. If you bought used you can still get mail order tunes.

Advancing timing will give you more power but make sure you have a really high octane fuel in the tank. Figure 2 octane for every degree advanced.

How can you get mail order tunes? I have a diablo tuner that came with my car, but I have added a few new mods since then. (UDP's and Steeda axle back exhaust) How much $ would I be looking at?

Ok, so I guess my next step is to get it professionally tuned on a dyno then.
