The C&L racer is well constructed and is not a thin piece of cheap plastic. Personally, I wouldn't use it on a nitrous application but otherwise it is a great product. I'm 100% satisfied with mine. It has withstood several days of daily driving with temps approaching 100 here in Memphis with no distortion.

 

Slofoot and drizztbob thanks for the feedback. I was thinking the racer setup would be a quality product given C&l's previous offerings. I was just a little leery of a plastic CAI given the issues some JLT users supposedly had. I'm definitely going to add the racer intake to the mod list. Thanks again guys.
