No, there asre none on the market i am aware of that are CARB cert.

 

Dont hold your breath - I dont believe there are any turbo kits on the market yet that are considered CARB legal. LOTS of options when it comes to superchargers though

Most of the other sites have a disclaimer about some of the parts may not be legal for highway use or don't mention the subject at all.

I suggest you contact the different manufacturers with a direct question about CARB certification.

By Now, probably. They are usually pretty good about getting the certs.

 

I just heard recently that the KB is CARB cert now. You might check into that as well.

 

The Magnacharger is "CARB Pending". Its just a matter of time - look at the countless number of kits they DO have approved.

I have been waiting for the magnacharger to pass for months now. I talked to them like 6 months ago and even then they said " it should be soon "

 

really not a lot of options for CA people,

 

whipple is carb certified in CA :-) Which makes me wonder why these things don't come on the mustangs from the factory! They would make a sale on every test drive they gave :-)

It would be nice if there were some turbo options that were CARB certified. If there were, I probably would have gone that route.
