I love my BMR LCAs, they have settled down the rear end so much. No more jackhammering in the trunk when I spin the wheels. I wish I had done it sooner, all that vibration broke the trunk light assembly loose and I had to fix it with cable ties.

The BMR LCAs helped the wheel hop for but by no means cured it, however the ford racing k springs cured it all

Hmm I'll have to check out the springs too. Are you on the stock shocks?
