wasnt trying to be a smartxxx, and who said the block would be stock. I thought this was posting in regards to a 4.6l being able to be built to get 400 hp, yes you have to modify quite a lot, but If you got money you can do it plain and simple. I dont understand why people dont think it can be done. But why would you. If you got that much money, buy a different engine, supercharge it, turbo, whatever, but yes it can be done. My last posting on the subject, since some think I am trying to be coy. Just speaking from experience and actually building engines. Not having someone else do it.
