Motorcraft ATF or Royal Purple ATF

So my pony currently has 29k miles and fast approaching the 30k mark in the upcoming months. I will be getting a transmission flush on my automatic and undecided which transmission fluid provides the best protection. Should I go with Royal Purple transmission fluid which is almost twice the cost or stick with Motorcraft Transmission fluid.

Please keep in mind that I plan on getting full transmission flushes every 30,000 miles or there about so with that in mind does it even matter if its Royal Purple or Motorcraft.

What are the benefits to using RP ATF over Motorcraft ATF?

If you go rp I wouldn't flush every 30k it would just be a waste of money. If you are gonna flush it that often might as well stick with mercon. I don't think auto tranny fluid can even get dirty in 30k miles

Thanks bro. Solely based on forum comments and research, the general consensus about transmission flushes are not to do them at high milage. It was my understanding it was best to have done under 40k miles. Its been the opinions of many to have it flushed every 30k miles so it keeps the automatic transmission lasting for the cars life and beyond. Lol.
