nitrous, n20, juice, please anything but nos!, next thing your gonna tell me is that it is flammable! please stop watching the fast and the furious and watch a healthy dose of bullit.

have you seen the article in the new hotrod magazine it had an article about a 67 fastback and a monte carlo? that they modded for a new fast and furious movie. it says in the storyline that the main charater puts a nissan skyline engine or something for a drift contest! i almost gouges my eyes out when I saw the picture, but later on he ends up putting a windsor into it so i guess its all good.

yes nos does have a smell to it if you watch a car with nos on the dyno you can smell it after it's been sprayed

Haven’t had anymore experiences like this since then.... and soon to come mods should prevent anything like this from happening again....

 

See the problem with NOS is it's a bandaid excellerator..meaning if you guys were racing for a couple miles he'd be out of jiuce and you'd be all over him.. NOS is only good in a drag race senerio which is basically what you did..even from a rolling start... if you kept with him or kept it in the bucket and all he had was NOS you'd eventually kill him. To me in anything other than a drag race NOS is a waste of time. NOS could also be handy if it was a close race and he needed that little extra at the end to win.

 

wow i am REALLY suprised there has been only one person say street racing is dangerous!
