I'd personally go with the 05 GT just because I think Screaming Yellow complements the body of the car. Check out the 2005 pics for a sweet picture of one doing a burnout!

 

I'd opt for the Mach and this is why:

Limited Edition car vs ordinary production run car
Competition Orange? That color rocks !!
A manual trans belongs in the Mach....wouldn't have it any other way !!
You can be driving it tomorrow vs 12 weeks later
Also, on the contrary with someone said, the Mach will definately hold it's value more so than a standard run car.....especially down the road.

.....or you can scrap both cars and get a good looking V-6 '05 for alot cheaper.

 

Look at it this way....The Mach 1 is faster and will always BE faster...AND wont you like to own a car in which there are only about 700 of them (Orange Mach '04)

There is going to be about 40,000 '05 GT's.........They'll be EVERYWHERE

Mach 1 is AWESOME

It is a no brainer

I went with an '04 Yellow Mach and am ABSOLUTELY happy about my descion

Wait about 2 or 3 years for the NEW stang...it needs time to EVOLVE

ENJOY the MACH in the mean time....Youll be STOMPING the '05's ALL DAY LONG

 

I would personaly take the 05!

 

The '04 Mach has my vote...........limited production.....proven running gear.......better colour...............

 

Between the limited production and the color, my vote is for the '04 Mach 1, but only if you can swing a better deal on it. While the '05 is hot right now, once they are out on the road for awhile, I think some of the uniqueness will seem pretty average. I can't afford either right now, so I'm not sure if my point is very valid though.

 

There is one for sale in the UK. 2004 Competition orange Mach 1, 2000 miles. $43,000 :bang: :bang: . Puts the $23k into perspective for me!
