Your 06 radio may be compatible with the Sirius receiver. Check the part number of your radio (look for the thread by 05stangkc for the BrandMotion iPod adapter for an attached file on how to get the part number).
If your radio is satelite compatible, I have seen a couple of satelite receivers for sale on this or other Mustang forums.
